All orders ship from our retail store in Brampton to any destination within Canada. We are only licensed to sell within Canada.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually shipped in 1-2 business day. Delivery times will vary, usually from a few days to a week, depending on your location.

Tracking Info

All shipments are tracked from the time they leave our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder, or contact us.

Refunds + Returns

In accordance with Health Canada guidelines, and for the safety of our customers, suppliers, and carriers, STUD 100® is non-returnable and non-refundable, whether it has been opened or not. All sales of STUD 100® are final so we can maintain the integrity of the product, guaranteeing it is sealed, brand new, and in no way tampered with, for every customer.
